atc.v.0.9 (461kb) The Atmospheric Tools Compilation are several model and synthese codes, well documented and combined under a tcl/tk user interface. This interface additionally contains several editors for files typically used when calculating models or synthesis with this software, as well as an line-core-fitting routine for abundance analysis. Currently ATC supports LLmodels.v.8.0 (Denis Shulyak), synth3.v.4.3 (the derivatives synthmag.v.5.3, Synthmag_dda.v.5.3) (Oleg Kochukhov), select.v.3.1 (Nikolai Piskunov), zeeman and lispan (Christian Stütz).

books.v.1.3.8 (23kb)
screenshot
Archive books or DVDs in ascii files, extract presentable information and search within the book lists. Ansi C, console application; needs ncurses.

books.v.1.2.4 (18kb) Minimalistic database for archiving books. Ansi C, console application.

cforum.v.1.5 (5kb) An internet forum written in PHP. Supports password protection and html formatting. Entries are stored in text files.

dosnix.v.0.9 (4kb) Determine text file types and convert between them DOS--UNIX--MAC . Convert Sequences (# a e, # U e,...) into ä,Ü,...

elementable.v.1.2.1 (19kb) Transform element tables to various formats. Normalize patterns with respect to certain species, display mass fractions (H,He,Z) and metalicity. Relate [Z] to [Fe] with respect to a certain element pattern.

filenorm v.1.1 (4kb) Rename files of a base directory following a naming convention that is free of special characters and blanks. A recursive mode will be available in the next version.

fluxconv.v.1.3.4 (2.6Mb) Convert fluxes to a given resolution or wavelength steps. Additionally it can perform synthetic filter photometry and overlay instrument profiles, sensitvity curves, etc. Coded in Fortran 90.

HTML character table As the title says.

lispan.v.1.0 (638kb) Lispan is a little spectrum analyzing tool meant as a helper for abundance analysis. Up to now it features measuring equvalent widths, comparing two synthetic spectra or observations to a synthesis, applying Doppler corrections and some file format conversions.

s3di.v.1.6.2 (498kb) Disk integration for Synth3 type synthesis output. Incorporates among other the IDL routines rdmag and rtint of Valenti & Anderson.

spectro_tgm.v.1.5 (1.1Mb) Roughly extract Mv, Mbol, Teff, logg, Mass and Radius of stars from their 2 dimensional spectral type.

stechuhr.v.2.5 (8kb) A little check clock routine (Stechuhr) including a statistics module. Console application written in C.

tpdiff.v.1.0 (4kb) Compare columns of files, especially ATLAS9 format model atmospheres. The columns can be separated by any character except letters. Lines containing letters (except eg. E+05) are skipped.

vald2ll-v.1.0 (1.5Mb) Converts VALD linelist pres3_2/select3 short format to line lists readable by Line by Line procedures.
