Knödel Knockout, the more the merrier. We have the privilege to present also
this year the quasi anual kill the plate. And as usual the mighty contest
will take place in the majestic location of Longstone City. This years
contestants are the notorious heavy Knödel plate weight clear the table
champions of the Zwetschkenknödel classics.

One man, one dish, one minute. We are not talking about his speed eating record.
This lonesome meal killer is capable of preparing and dispatch a good 2 pounds
of dinner within minutes. That is not in contest, but on a regular basis.

You may be tempted to call her the heavyweight amongst the competitors. Although
it might be dangerous to do so. Surely this girl is the most professional of all
contestants. She is determined and she has the will to break the record.

You ordered to much, you got leftovers from your dinner party? Call the Trashcan.
Don't think about it any more. It's gone, exterminated. This eating machine is
unstopable. A gourmand on his own grounds.

We are anouncing with great probability the first appearance of
Jokal the Saucerer. A youngster
who is both, highly capable as well as quite unpredictable.
You never know what does feed the Joe.
For the cooking we have the pleasure to introduce the recharger of the plates,
god of the Knödel, the ingenious
Maria Speedroller Senior.
That lady rolls dumplings at turning speeds, smoke is emerging.

The conditions were close to perferct. Good ambience, a lot of fans cheering.
Unfortunately the Saucerer, he suffered from heavy illness some days prior,
could not compete. However, the guy provided his camera with which the pictures
shown on this webpage are shot. We have to thank him for the documentation of
this historic event. Each confident of emerging victorious, the three dumpling
veterans started the knockout.

Rollin' rollin' rollin'. About 75 Marillenknödel the lady rolled.
Dumplings for the contestants as well as for the audience. No need to
keep them hungry. Sweet, juciy, packed in fluffy dough, rolled in crumbs
and icing sugar. Yummy!

The winner, well what did you expect, the Trashcan. He is not the fastest, but
keeps on eating and eating. After a bare hour of eating his final score was
18 Marillenknödel, 5 ahead of Quickmeal (13 dumplings) closely followed by
the Fooddozer, only one behind (12 dumplings).
